ORDERING

The easiest way to order from us is to purchase via our website using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal. Once you have processed your order online, you will receive an email confirming that the order and payment have been received.

We are also happy to take orders over the phone or via email if preferred. Payment for manual orders can be made by credit card.

To process an order manually, please contact us directly with details of your order, preferred payment method, your shipping address, email address, and phone number.

DELIVERY

We want to keep shipping costs down for you as much as possible. Spend over $200 and shipping is on us! Please note that this applies to Australian orders only.

Whilst we work super quickly to pack your order, we are located in rural SA so please be aware that freight times can vary.

PREORDER ITEMS

All preorder items are clearly labelled. If your order contains any preorder items, please note that the entire order will be shipped once the final piece has arrived in store. If you would like your in stock items prior to the preorder items, please either process your orders separately or a $9.95 freight will be charged for partially shipped orders.
